Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of our lubricant products, opened or used products generally cannot be returned.
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@s2nlube.com with your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

Customers are responsible for reading and following the product instructions and warnings provided by S2N Lubricants.
Products should be used only for their intended applications and in accordance with applicable vehicle, equipment, and lubricant requirements.
Operating conditions, engine condition, maintenance history, lubricant condition, driving conditions, equipment design, and other factors vary substantially. Accordingly, individual results may vary.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular improvement in fuel economy, engine life, operating temperature, oil consumption, maintenance interval, performance, or other operating result in every application.

S2N Lubricants may publish laboratory test results, field observations, customer experiences, oil-analysis results, and other performance information.
Laboratory results apply to the particular test methods, samples, conditions, and procedures under which the testing was conducted. Field observations and customer experiences reflect the circumstances of those particular applications.
Such information is provided to help customers understand our products and supporting data and does not constitute a guarantee that every vehicle, engine, or application will achieve identical results.
