Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other circumstances outside the control of S2N Lubricants may affect delivery.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at info@s2nlube.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has entered the fulfillment process.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@s2nlube.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and shipping packaging when possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping Availability
