Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our lubricant products, S2N Lubricants does not accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened products may be considered for return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact info@s2nlube.com before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@s2nlube.com and include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from an error by S2N Lubricants.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
